Vertical Entertainment has released a new clip from its haunted house horror thriller Abandoned. The clip features a creepy scene involving Emma Roberts being terrorized by evil spirits.
The story follows “the sharply intense lives of Sara (Emma Roberts), her husband Alex (John Gallagher Jr.), and their infant son as they move into a remote farmhouse, which harbors a dark, tragic history. As their home’s past is revealed, the mother’s fragility escalates to a state of psychosis that jeopardizes her own safety and that of her newborn son.”
This looks like a really good horror flick, and you can watch a previously released trailer for it here. The movie was directed by Spencer Squire, and it also stars John Gallagher Jr. (10 Cloverfield Ln.) and Michael Shannon (The Iceman, Take Shelter).
Abandoned opens in theaters June 17th and will be available on Digital and On Demand June 24th.
