New Elevated Offers For No Annual Fee And Mid-Tier United Credit Cards

I recently wrote about great offers for United credit cards including a 100,000 mile bonus offer for the United ClubSM Infinite Card (after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening).
The UnitedSM Explorer Card has a $0 introductory annual fee for the first year, then $95 and has an offer to earn up to 70,000 bonus miles. Earn 60,000 bonus miles after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open. Plus, earn an additional 10,000 miles after you spend $6,000 total on purchases in the first 6 months your account is open.
Now the rest of the suite of United Chase products have elevated offers as well.
- The most premium card is the United ClubSM Infinite Card ($525 annual fee, the best way for many to gain access to United’s clubs).
- Next is the United QuestSM Card ($250 annual fee) which has new offer to earn 80,000 bonus miles after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open.
Each year cardmembers receive a $125 credit on United® purchases and two 5k-mile anniversary award flight credits (terms apply) and the ability to earn 10,000 miles back on redemptions.
- Then there’s the UnitedSM Explorer Card (currently $0 annual fee the first year, then $95)
- And the no annual fee United GatewaySM Card which is great because it still earns 2 miles per $1 spent on United® purchases, at gas stations and on local transit and commuting; 1 mile per $1 spent on all other purchases and has no foreign transaction fees.
The new offer for this card is 50% larger than before with an initial bonus offer of 30,000 bonus miles after you spend $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open.
During much of the pandemic card issuers pulled out all the stops to keep people from cancelling their cards, but there was some attrition and fewer people than normal applying for travel cards. Now they nee to make up ground and that means bigger bonuses. All (4) available United cards from Chase now have great offers – up to 100,000 miles – giving you plenty of options.
